With 30 years of senior leadership experience in education and the music sector, I bring a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and lead with impact. As an ethical and inclusive leader, I have successfully empowered teams, influenced national strategy, and championed equity and belonging.
My career has been about transformation, turning challenges into opportunities, building partnerships that unlock potential, and creating cultures where people feel valued, seen, and inspired.
I am Director of Brent Music Academy, Education and Programme Manager at Black Lives in Music, Co-Chair of the Music Education Council, and Governor at Bliborough College Nottingham. My leadership experience across education and the music sector underpins my executive coaching, supporting leaders to think strategically, lead authentically, and achieve meaningful change.
